Umapad, Mandaue and the bags of Love

It was reported last week that Barangay Umapad had a fire and spread in a few houses. The Christian Life movement decided to give the Bags of Love to the family whose houses were burnt. These are the photographs of the aftermath.

Before we gave the Relief goods we had a short catechism about Christmas.
I am glad seeing them smile even in their hard times especially its Christmas.
Jesus brought us to in this place to share to them the spirit of giving and sharing. And  that everything has a reason and though He allowed trials and disaster, he also gave us another chance to live and prepare for His coming. A  great experience indeed . I'm so happy being a neophyte in photography, I could share stories about our local place and inspire people to be closer to the Lord. I'm very thankful to my community because they helped me share my skills to others and in a way giving it back to Him.

Merry Christmas Everyone.

Splash

I have been wanting to do splash photography lately and never expect that it could be this hard. I took many shots until I got the desired shot. Sadly, my expectations are too high. I didn't get it and I've wasted a 3 in 1 nescafe just to practice the shot. huhu. Anyway, its still my first time and I would probably try it next time. So here are the few shots that is out of focus and has so much grains due too low lighting.
